Tips on Packing

Moving and storage can seem overwhelming. To make the process a little easier, we offer some tips on packing.

The Best Way To Pack:-

	Use high-quality packing boxes that are specially designed.These areavailable from the reception.
	Pack books and other heavy objects in smaller boxes for easier lifting.
	Use boxes of the same size for easy stacking.
	Fill boxes completely, stuffing open areas with plain newsprint to prevent collapsing when stacked
	Seal boxes completely with packing tape to keep out dust.
	Paper/bubble-wrap fragile items such as lampshade, vases and dishes in a separate box.
	Small appliances should also be well padded and packed snugly into boxes.
	If you are packing appliances such as the freezer or refrigerator, remember to defrost, clean and deodorise before packing.
	Discard, sell or give away things you won't want to keep, instead of packing them.
