We regret to inform you that there is a temporary disruption to the bill payment service provided at AXS Stations, on their mobile app and website. Citibank is working closely with AXS to get the issue resolved.
- At AXS Stations: Citibank Credit Cardholders are temporarily unable to make bill payments to billing organisations via this mode of payment while Citibank Debit Cardholders can continue to do so.
- On AXS mobile app and website: Citibank Visa Credit Cardholders are temporarily unable to make bill payments to billing organisations via these modes of payment while Citibank Mastercard Credit and Debit Cardholders can continue to do so. Please ensure you had updated the mobile app to the latest version.
