StorHub Presented with Best Outcome Based Contract of The Year Award at Singapore Security Industry Awards (SSIA) 2023

StorHub has recently received the Best Outcome Based Contract of the Year award at the Singapore Security Industry Awards (SSIA) 2023 after being nominated by Oneberry Technologies, our security agency and a leader in remote surveillance solutions in Singapore. Geoff James, our Group ESG Director & Head of Singapore Facility Management, attended the award ceremony and the Gala dinner on 17 Nov 2023 at Fairmont Hotel, Stamford Ballroom, as our company representative. The Guest of Honour at the event was, Ms Sun Xueling, who currently holds the position of Minister of State for Home Affairs.

Organised by the Security Association Singapore (SAS), the SSIA is an event that is held annually to give recognition to top performing security agencies and security projects in the industry. StorHub adopted security outcome-based contracting so that cluster guarding could be implemented on site and to ultimately make use of technology-based tools to conduct virtual patrolling from Oneberry’s Command Centre.

Aside from reducing operational costs and reliance on manpower, outcome-based contracting has also improved customer experience. Through leveraging technology and cluster patrolling, StorHub storage facilities are monitored 24/7 via the Oneberry Command Centre while still having patrol officers tasked to manage sites within designated zones and ready to make their way to facilities as and when required.
