What can I not store in a storage unit?
Certain items cannot be stored due to health and safety regulations. These prohibited items include toxic materials, illegal or stolen goods, explosives, and flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, and propane. People, animals, plants, and perishable foods are also prohibited from being kept in our storage units.
Do you sell packing and moving materials at StorHub?
Yes, we do! Stop by during office hours to buy a wide variety of packing materials. We have boxes of various sizes, locks and more. Visit us at our facilities, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Are there trolleys available for me to use when I move in?
Yes! We have trolleys and stepladders to assist you with moving your items, whether you’re moving in, bringing more items in, or taking items home.
What are your operating hours?
Our staffs are available to assist you 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m on Monday through Friday. 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m on Saturdays. Our branches and office are closed on Sundays and public holidays but access to your unit remains available 24/7.
