StorHub and Angel Hearts give back to the community through a meaningful cause

What better way to spread love and joy to our local community than to be a part of a meaningful cause. Our CEO and spokesperson, Luigi La Tona, who was among 10 volunteers participated in meaningful activities organised by Angel Hearts through a virtual CSR session. Angel Hearts is a nonprofit organisation that puts their heart and soul into helping bereaved families see the light at the end of the tunnel. Our StorHub volunteers were involved by giving them a hand in stitching angel-shaped charms to cards that are later packed with baby gowns for delivery to the receiving hospitals. Each charm is engraved with a heartwarming message “Angels watching over me”, and all our volunteers wrote down a thoughtful and touching note onto the card. All the participants gave off immense positive energy when they came together, knowing that each of them is making a difference in a recipient’s life and lifting them up. It is beyond a shadow of a doubt that everyone enjoyed picking up sewing skills while having gratifying interactions with each other both virtually and in person.

As part of our StorHub CSR initative, besides providing our beneficiary with storage units to support their meaningful causes, we are also actively involved in these activities to adhere to our CSR values of empowering people to better lives and make a positive impact in the community. We pride ourselves in being the enabler to our partners so that they can make their craftwork, make full use of their resources efficiently through creating spaces for the safekeeping of the items used for serving the community. We firmly believe that our CSR efforts form a crucial building block for thriving communities and bringing out the best in each and every one of us.
