Cliff, Storhub staff is very helpful in explaining the various sizes and pricings of the units based on our storage needs. He covered the bases from sizes, prices, what's the offers available. On the whole, the experience we had is very positive and we are very satisfied with the explainations, and the do's and don'ts.

Belinda provides excellent customer service with high level of patience and meticulous in her work. She deserves a pat on the back!

I have been working with Storhub in this location for over 3 years, the level of professionalism is impeccable. The units are clean; safe, weather controlled as started. Never had my things getting damage during storage. The absolute best thing however is the staff. Siti Filzah usually manages my account and she is one of the reasons we keep coming back - one of those individuals that is completely customer focused and has helped us numerous times through my complex storage needs as I am constantly expanding of reducing the storage place I need. Overall, if there were 6 stars I would give it to them.

Our first time checking out a storage hub and Clev was very patient to explain how it works and showed out the spaces. I like that he was quite thorough in checking on what storage we require and recommend the appropriate sizes. Excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend.
