While price is important, the overall condition and service truly matter, and Ms. Filzah’s customer service skills are a rare find these days. I have been working with Storhub in this location for over 3 years, the level of professionalism is impeccable. The units are clean; safe, weather controlled as started. Never had my things getting damage during storage. The absolute best thing however is the staff. Siti Filzah usually manages my account and she is one of the reasons we keep coming back - one of those individuals that is completely customer focused and has helped us numerous times through my complex storage needs as I am constantly expanding of reducing the storage place I need. Overall, if there were 6 stars I would give it to them.
