We continue to have a diverse group of customers visiting us. These people include those offering essential services like plumbers, aircon and electrical technicians, as well as laundry service providers who are keeping the tools of their trade with us. Thankfully these unsung heroes are braving it out since it goes without saying that they are much required at all our homes. Most stores at shopping malls are closed but our needs still need to be met. This has resulted in online retailers experiencing skyrocketing sales for their e-businesses which is where storing their inventories and packing materials at StorHub comes in handy. We are also lending a helping hand to customers’ whose home countries are under lockdown due to COVID-19 and are in dire need of space to keep their belongings. Other customers include the lucky homeowners who just got informed that their new and cosy BTO units are ready for them to move into and so they need to store their household items with us during the transitional period while renovation and the whole process of moving house is under way. Of course, we cannot forget the working adults who are juggling work and caring for their children at home who need to move their excess possessions and furniture into our self storage facilities to declutter their mind by putting their homes in order.

To ensure the health and safety of our valued customers, our staff are doing their utmost by increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising all the common areas used by our staff and customers. Bearing in mind that social distancing rules have been implemented, customers are being served one at a time at our reception desks. In order to minimise the touching of surfaces during transactions, cashless or contactless payment is encouraged. New air-conditioners are installed to make sure our customers are breathing in clean air that is free of dust when on our premises. All our elevators have been marked off to serve as a gentle reminder to maintain a 1-metre social distance from one another. On top of that, temperature checks are conducted for all StorHub’s staff, vendors and customers and all visitors are to fill out a declaration form to facilitate contact tracing.
